2. How to measure to make sure it fits perfectly?
First, you should know two lengths: child's height, and the length from shoulder to foot
Second, Short or Tea Dress always allow probable error for girls. Girls may wear it from shoulder to Knees up and down.
Maxi Dress should be fit for girls from calf to ankle.
Note: Please allow 1 inch error.
