Return and Refunds Policy
We are so sorry you want to return the item(s) you ordered for any reason. We hope all customers are satisfied with the item(s) they got. But it's OK. You will get fast reply and great service here. Follow below steps and attentions, the process super easy for you.

Step 1
Contact US to tell us why, what you want to return or exchange. Don't forget to add order number, and mail you left for your order on the mail.
Step 2
You will get some satisfied corresponding solutions, and great customer service.
Just follow customer service guide, all problems will be treated with the utmost importance and get a great solution.

Return/Exchange Restrictions:
1) Items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the delivered date.
2) Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached in original packing bags.
3) Return shipping fee will be charged by customer except quality problem.(when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will take responsibility)
4) Items that were previously exchanged can be returned, but not exchanged a second time
5) Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Fad Coco products.

When you sent the return package to our company, be sure to keep a record of your tracking information. And send it to our customer service.
A refund will be sent to the original payment method after we receive your return package if re-sale of which is uninfluenced.
Please allow 14 business days after your return/exchange has been processed. It may take additional time before your refund appears in your bank account. If payment of your order is PayPal, you will get refund in 2 business days after we received your return package.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
