Return/Exchange Restrictions: 1) Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the delivered date. 2) Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached in original packing bags. 3) The following Personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories (except scarves and bags). 4) Return shipping fee will be charged by customer except quality problem. 5) Items that were previously exchanged can be returned, but not exchanged a second time 6) Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out.
